By creating an account or uploading to a BridaLens gallery you agree to these terms.
The service
BridaLens lets an organizer create a private event gallery that guests can upload photos, videos and voice messages to. An event becomes available to guests after a one-time payment.
Payments and refunds
Payments are one-time per event and processed by Stripe. If something isn't working for you, contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
Your content
You and your guests keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, convert and display it as part of your gallery. Don't upload anything illegal or that you don't have the right to share. Organizers may remove any upload from their gallery.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other people's events, or use BridaLens to distribute unlawful content. We may suspend events that break these rules.
Availability
We work hard to keep BridaLens running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Please download your collection after your event and keep your own copy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event.
